Record-number of Kiwi women embark on NZ tech careers

More women than ever are looking to careers in tech companies and are using interships as a doorway.

This is setting a new record for female tertiary students being placed in paid internships with high tech companies in Wellington and Auckland this year’s Summer of Tech’s student internship programme. A record 106 students WERE placed this year. Read more on Computerworld.
